What does that even mean? Every time I go to the pdoc, it is for depressive issues. I feel like its my baseline because its such a familiar feeling. And lately I've been in that frame of mind for months. Hence the lamictal, effexor, and wellbutrin to help it. But you have to be careful with ADs to prevent a manic episode so we do minor tweaks as we can. I've tried various SSRIs and SNRIs and mood stabilizers. At this point, I just take it day by day because I can't even say I'm happy or "normal." If I can get through the day without a breakdown, it's a victory.

I think there was a post about this somewhere, but my memory sux and I can't say for sure, or can't find it. So my apologies for any duplication.
