Ok I need help. I am an hour away from my second session with the new therapist and I am kinda freaking out. I have nothing to talk about. Do I just tell him that I have nothing to tallk about so he asks me questions or helps me explore some areas or what? Because really(for real, as kids say) I have nothing to talk about?
Also does this mean it is not a good fit?
So post now if you have any suggestions because I am leaving in 35 minutes. Thanks
