There are caffeine pills.

Try drinking more, (water) it does get you awake and it might get you up, to relieve your bladder...and when you get up to do this...immediately strip your bed and put your pillows somewhere where they are out of sight.

Make a to do list every night before bed and put it where you are going to see it as soon as you open your eyes.
