I took 30 MG for mania and psychosis before my pdoc decided I needed something stronger; I never had any issues with it. Now that I am almost weaned from it, I am having some psychotic symptoms, but that may be because I was weaned from (or actually abruptly stopped) haldol as well. I am titrating up on Clozapine at the moment
