Hello.

I don't know what is my illness, but I suffer from it for 10 years.

I have sexual obsession, unwanted thought, image, let's say oral sex.

It's delusion, like I have an oral sex with somebody.

It's almost always present when I am not occupied by something.

I have temporal lobe epilepsy (frequent seizures), I've been on antipsychotic drugs for this obsession.

It's not Obessive-compulsive disorder, but it's not a psychosis too.

I don't know what is this.

Please help me.
