The first time I took Abilify I had akathesia - I felt like crawling out of my skin. My pdoc had me try it again after a few years and it has worked well for me. I have no side effects from it.

I take 15 mg up from 10 after a brief but severe depressive episode. Increasing the dose had a fairly immediate effect.
