Sounds more like Obsessive compulsive disorder than psychosis. the thought is an obsession not a delusion. If you walked around and saw strangers and felt that you knew them for years it may be a delusion. If you feel like you knew what others are thinking that would be a delusional.

if you have a reoccurring sexual fantasy that's an obsession.
