I wouldn't be so quick to call this hallucinations/delusion/or psychosis....It sounds like creative description of her inner world, I call it other realm.....At the same time though, you might want to investigate whether or not this about memories alter are trying to get answers on letting you know who might have experience child birth, labor, all that during the times you was pregnant first........If you the host have no children, then it is on to explanation number 2....I would only call psychosis if it is causing a lot of turmoil inside and it seems like you can't really get a grasp on what might be prompting this subject matters. If you want to figure it out you have to ask questions, not the same questions to get to the bottom of what is happening inside......

I had this exact example several months ago! If I (Host) had gotten pregnant by mistake it wouldn't be my child I had made an agreement to allow some other alter be the parent especially on the one that like to claim certain boyfriends (dating in groups)...Of course, though it is just something we do it makes it more interesting our reality I don't really see any harm in it......Alter 1, 2, 3, and host dates our current boyfriend....Of course if any pregnancies happen all of us are parenting if that happens cause it is unavoidable sometimes!
