Where are you seeing the figures? Like out the window in your yard? In the shadows of dark rooms in your house/apartment? That's happened to me before, it was really freaky. I thought it was government agents dressed in black spying on me (obviously this was all just paranoid craziness) ... I ended up going IP shortly after this happened
