My friend has one and she's very happy with it. She did all sorts of research before getting it to decide which BC option was best for her (she's a bit of an A type personality...). She hasn't had her period in a really long time, but she's not dating anyone right now, so she's fine with that. She has anxiety issues, but it doesn't seem to affect her mood any (but that's different for everyone).
