does anyone else experience this? i'm in philadelphia and today is much warmer, not super sunny, but not bitter cold. this type of early-spring-ish weather is normally associated with mixed episodes for me. it throws me off when it's not supposed to be this warm (NE USA is not like this in feb.)
it's almost like it reminds me of past mixed symptoms in this kind of weather, thus i'm irritated with it.
i get this way in the winter too a bit.
