Im in Alaska n I get cabin fever cuz its cold n dark. It definitley affects my moods. If its gloomy outside I feel sad n have no energy at all. When sunny I feel ok but cuz I have Fibromyalgia the cold effects my muscles so if sunny but cold I try not to b outside or I just overdress.
