We've had a lot of fires in the province. Our town is surrounded by beautiful mountains, and last night some of them were aglow with rampaging fires. One of our friend's lost their farm and beautiful camp site. The fires are just harder to manage with the heat. There are drop off points for people to drop off energy bars, sandwiches, water and energy drinks and stuff like that for our firefighters.

We're officially in our hottest month now. I just need to hang on (and stop wearing a bra )
