Thanks for the help....... and yes I have seen a T (for eight long years) - and she is a great help and support in my life - I just have more to heal from, from a hellish childhood, a past that never seems to leave me be.

BTW - my outlet starting tomorrow morning will be taking care of my beautiful one year old neice and lovable two year old nephew....... I love them and they need me, and what can I say but that I need to feel needed / wanted by some one.
