I am so sorry you have been exposed to an individual that practices work place bullying.
I think what will help you is to learn what a bully is really saying when they do choose to bully. These individuals tend to bully others because they are lacking so much themselves that they need to find others to take it out on. These individuals pick out others to frighten because it's the only way they themselves gain a sense of "control and self worth". These individuals are severely handicapped and sadly, the only way they can have any sense of self worth is to have others "fear them".
