I live in Michigan and I usually go through a depressive episode every January through February. Right now we are having spring like weather too. I'm going through a really weird episode. I was depressed for over a month and then the past couple of weeks I've been bouncing up and then going low. It's not too bad yet, but the weather does affect me.
