We just got 9" of wet snow over a 2,000 sq. mile area in 4 hours. Imagine a day when we might temporarily divert the polar jet streams to deliver a micro climate to a given area. A forest fire could be eliminated with not only moisture but cool temperatures as well by an artificial blizzard...in the middle of Summer.
