Anyone ever hallucinated a smell? It's been happening to me for a couple of weeks. I keep smelling fire. It's been happening at night when I'm sleeping so maybe it's dreaming? But i didn't know you could smell things in your dreams. Last night I bolted out of bed at one am and ran panicked out of my room because the smell of fire was so strong. I thought the house was on fire. But once I left my room I didn't smell it anymore and nothing was amiss so I went back to bed. Took me awhile to fall back asleep because it was so real.

I would say it's my husband visiting me but that would be cigarette smoke, not fire.

Just curious if anyone else has ever had this.
