I'm sorry monsterGoofy - that is really frustrating! Can you try an internship to gain some experience/skills or volunteer somewhere doing the work you're interested in? It doesn't pay the bills but it does round you out and makes you more appealing to future jobs. And as for the English piece - have you looked into ESL courses? Our community center offers them for free. I taught ESL in Korea so if you ever want to chat on here and practice your English I would love to help out.
