Hi scratt, and welcome to PC.
I'm sorry you are having trouble lately with your anxiety. It sounds like you are doing your best to get help through therapy and meds.

He also put down Bipolar D3 and Anxiety as my diagnois.
Could anyone explain this?

Only your doctor saw you in person, so he is the best person to explain his diagnosis to you. Please don't be afraid to ask him. Knowledge is power. It sounds like his initial prescriptions have been helpful to you (more Buspar and time release Xanax) because they have lessened your symptoms. Could he be on the right track? His approach sounds conversative but helpful, and now he is taking the next step. He sounds OK to me! But if you would feel more comfortable with a pdoc, then certainly seek one out.

I have been diagnosed as: Bipolar, SAD, ADHD, GAD, and can't remember the rest. Do the docs every settle on a disorder?

It sounds like you have seen different doctors over the years and they do not practice together, so they will each be coming up with their own diagnosis rather than putting their heads together and coming up with only one idea. I am not very diagnosis oriented and prefer not to be labeled. I think a good tack is to try different approaches to helping you out, such as various meds and therapy. If a certain med helps, then stick with it. If a med doesn't help, then the doc can eliminate it and try something else. I say, use whatever helps you, and don't worry too much about the labels they give you. Does it really matter whether you are SAD or GAD, as long as what your team is doing for you is helping?

I really do not want to go back on the medication Merry Go Round

Maybe your therapist has some ideas on how to help if you don't want to do meds. I'm not very med-keen myself, but I am taking Buspar now (although it stopped working after a month of so--maybe I need to up my dose).
Good luck!
