It depends on the Benzo levels you have been taking. The worst weaning I had was off Cymbalta! It took me 6 months!!! It was horrible! So, my doctor called in Propranolol 30mg x 3 a day. It looks like it's more Akathisia than RLS. I read the symptoms and it does seem to be general restlessness too. Like I can't sit still. It took me 90mg through the day to head it off! The pdoc actually had the Latuda rep in her office when I called. The Latuda rep says it lasts about two weeks and then usually goes away. They said that Propranolol is the best for it. Man, I don't know if I can handle another 10 days or so! It's MISERABLE!!!!
