Is it possible for you to move? I don't think you'd need to move to another city. Moving is a huge PITA. Is it possible to get a friend that you trust to help you evaluate the situation?

Thank you, yes, and yes. But I can only move one time and I'm not sure yet where I want to be. I potentially want to move into seniors/disabled housing and I have no idea how long a wait there would be. Also, explore other options for moving sooner.
As far as some of what I think they're doing sounding unlikely, I agree, but this is a weird situation. I underestimated what they are capable of. At the same time, despite the higher dose of meds I'm taking now, I am getting so paranoid that I'm not sure what they were doing with that sanding sound on the walls. Only that there was the sound of sanding or sawing, and since then the woman downstairs triggers me from the places I heard the sanding/sawing sound, and she sounds louder than if she were just doing it from directly under where my bed is. But, these walls are nearly hollow, so it's possible he didn't make any holes in the walls at all. If she's standing right next to a wall, it could come through pretty loud even when she's being so quiet.
I don't know what that sanding/sawing sound was. I'm only guessing. All I'm sure of are the noises these three people are making because I have recordings of it.
Thanks again.
