So I seen the doc who did exactly what I wanted him to do...take me off lithium n abilify n leave me on lamictol n he added latuda n ambien n lorazapam. I really hope I sleep through the whole night. Need sleep in 2 nights ive gotten 6hrs of sleep. I feel like a zombie. Im feelin sad n hopeless I keep thinkin why r these people even tryin to put me back together? Its not gonna work im too damaged. Ugghhh gonna try n go to bed now that ambien kickin in. Gnight everybody my only friends.
