I cannot fathom a constant noise like you're going through. Even my kids don't do much that goes to that length.

Thank you, for the ideas. He would ask if the music was too loud, id say yes, and he'd keep it the same volume. They moved in 5 years ago right before Halloween. He knocked on everyone's door to inform us he'd be throwing a party for his wife. Not to invite us or anything, just to let us know there was going to be a loud party. I never suspected the party would last five years.
Anyway, I had my own issues at the time. When I used to move into a new place I actually did buy cookies and things to give to my new neighbors. It was all just kind of nightmarish since about 2006, all the way throughout now, in different ways. Through 2006 to 2010, it was mostly my own head creating the nightmare but here was terrible due to the loud music, plus the things going on in my head.
