This might be better on therapy forum plenty of good advice there. I tell my therapist that I am just not going to do whatever she advices. Or I just go ahead and do what I need to do. Don't know about hurry up lol i had a king winded boss once omg I periodically had to tell I am going to the bathroom just to stop him from talking
