Me too, First of all I will try to clean up this place, step by step. I have a method that works: 10 minutes work, 10 minutes online game, 10 minutes work and so on. I know that is little, but I also know that when feeling like , I shall not let it bother me what other people may think, just try to "swim" a little, a little more ... until I'm on safe ground.
