That's cool. I'm too paranoid to travel to Mexico these days, but I've spent 2 weeks in Nicaragua a few years back -- beautiful country and great food.

I've traveled extensively through the United States -- my favorite cities are probably San Francisco and New Orleans. Im not sure if I'd want to travel to Southeast Asia due to the language barriers but I definitely want to make it out to Western Europe.
