I would get a second opinion eventually. As long as the medications work for you. She's most likely saying thanks for cooperating during the session or just something to say signal the end of the appointment.

If you're not suicidal or homicidal, you can get a lawyer and it can be sorted out fairly easy depending on where you live, or if the rules are different and involuntary treatment rules are different.
