Its interesting (better word would be irritating) that the drug companies make drugs to effect the brain but can't use techniques to NOT have any effect on weight. It was interesting when reading about Prozac, the first med I was given, it said for some, it causes weight gain for others it causes weight loss. I managed to be one that it caused weight loss it triggered massive anorexia....I ended up weighing 83lbs before my pdoc put me on a different drug (wellbutrin) which said exactly the same thing & did exactly the same thing.

I always struggled with the concept.....great, a drug can stop you from being suicidal but kill you with diabetes or some other bad side effect.
