They both tend to be used for bringing people down from the highs of bipolar disorder, but that's not all they are used for. It depends on the individual and their symptoms as well.

I was on 25mg of Seroquel in the hospital. Didn't make me sleepy & cut back anxiety a little bit. I had an okay experience with it, but it wasn't the only med I was taking.
