I don't call that anything ...
Everyone cycles differently and it also depends if you have ever really had a good stretch of baseline/stability..... that would give you a starting point when comparing your mood status.
Mood can also be wishy washy based on situational stuff and just being a human being.
Do you chart your moods daily? If not you should....it can help to see if there is a pattern.
