have you tried to sit a goal to waste time on? you surely need to take care of your health though, its hard to be honest i have same issue, but at least i'm trying to finish some things so i wont feel like im just wasting time and ruining my health for nothing
as for food if you eat much, i think best thing to try to decorate it, admire it...etc so you will feel bored then you wont eat much
