do you mean co pay as in the insurance plan pays part and you pay part... if so its usually the insurance plan that says how much you have to pay for your co pay.

suggestion contact your insurance company, they will be able to tell you if you can forgo paying your co pay for that second appointment each time you see your treatment provider. they might be able to work something out with you.
