About 3 weeks ago, I started taking a new combination of meds (Prozac, Provigil, and Clonazepam) and it's been an interesting ride. Some days I feel great, and others I feel awful. The side effects haven't been terrible, so I'm going to give it another 4 weeks because sometimes it takes a while for things to even out. But if they don't, I'm going to have to try something different.

I think it's not uncommon for people to need a little time to adjust to new medications. And I've also noticed that medication can help me cope with my problems, but it doesn't make them go away entirely. Every so often, I still have really bad days, they're just easier to manage.
