I'm always hesitant to say, "Oh, you should try ________." Different meds work for different people, so take my advice with a grain of salt.

SSRIs are great, but for me they only work for a little while. I'm in the middle of shuffling things around and getting on a couple of different medications. The latest addition is Provigil, and it's too early to tell if it's going to help. I'm also on Prozac, and my pdoc thinks it may not be working for me, so we've added Ability into the mix. I haven't picked that up from the pharmacy yet.
