Okay so here's the confusion. The DSM doesn't approve medication for specific conditions, the FDA does. There are a handful that are approved for use in BPD. I take Latuda for Bipolar though, and because it's a category B medication for pregnancy whereas Seroquel and others are riskier during pregnancy.
