My therapist told me that the new 5th edition of the DSM has a few meds approved for BPD, seroquel being one of the three, i believe he said there were three, maybe four. Im likely going to try seroquel as long as my psychatrist doesnt rip xanax away, like give me both so i can try it for a week or so, but if it doesnt work im gonna have to have what works (my job depends on me being able to control the anxiety has i have BPD, PTSD and GAD as i have more anxiety than what PTSD normally comes with) plus i dont see her but once every 3 months. My therapist is a LMHC that works with her that i see every week. Just thought id put that out there.
