I'm looking into natural treatments, but it's hard, because stuff on nutrition and natural remedies bores the crap out of me. Also, changing my diet is so hard. Even if I didn't have OCD, I need to change it, because it's unhealthy. I have always been skeptical about natural treatments, but now that I don't trust the Western medical treatments, I don't know what else to do. The natural treatments are harder, because with Western med, you just pop a pill.
Also, insurance doesn't cover vitamins and supplements. So, even if it works, how do I keep affording it (my bf is paying for the first ones, but I seriously doubt he'll get all I actually "need").
