No, neither my T or my Pdoc have said that to me and I doubt either of them ever would. Pdoc has never commented on my appearance. My T a few times. One time she noticed I was wearing a bit of make-up, an other time she noticed that that was the first time she saw me wearing a top with no sleeves. Last session she commented on my sweater. And during a session she said ''I don't think you're ulgy or fat''. But that's it.

I'm not sure if it's really helping if a T says to you that you're attractive, though it might depend on the client.
