Yea, I'm confused as to why everyone thinks that 3-4 minutes extra is going to delay the next appointment. If therapists are scheduling clients wall to wall with no buffer between appointments, then yea a few minutes of overrun is going to be a problem. But scheduling that way would be rather brain dead.
