First step is remove all bad foods and drinks from your home. I know it's really hard to stay motivated but it's a little easier when you don't have the enemy (junk food) starring you in your face during your hard times. Depression really eats my motivation and determination up most times. Find ways to work out that doesn't seem like working out. Such as, cleaning, going for walks with friends or family. Watch one of your favorite shows while doing bicycle leg workouts, or squats. Sometimes when I get really down I force myself to workout because I like the light feeling I get after finishing a work out. I feel very proud of myself for dodging the darkness. Don't be afraid to call a friend or family member and ask them for suppose when it comes to health. Let them know you can't do this alone, and you shouldn't have too! [emoji178]
