Just some thoughts going through my head.
I'm always stuck in my own head. I can't seem to stop the racing thoughts and it just takes over my mind preventing me from making any forward progress. I hope the funk starts to turn around for you. I've been up and down for years...You are accomplishing so much just by working and going to school. If you can do that, you're strong. But I understand being stuck in your own head...I feel like I'm always in my own head with depression.
I wish the best for you...I'm always here to talk.
