My day has been very productive and I can finally say I feel at peace with myself. I had been begrudgingly holding onto the pain from my past, and couldn't for the life of me stop ruminating and analyzing and thinking about the situation that caused it. I had many a sleepless night doing just that in fact.
However, I came across a thread where fellow member Kindness linked to an article that has changed my life, or at least my day thus far. It's an article about letting go of pain and moving on with your life. I followed the steps the article went over, and now I feel so free and at peace. I can't get enough of this sensation!!
