Well to all honesty if you two aren't a couple it is not wrong for him to move on. 4 years on and off doesn't sound healthy.

Also he did tell you to not text him as he has a gf and a son. You still did.

He then later changed his story. Don't know why he did that but I would stop calling and texting him and just move on the way he did.
