Hello (((LITTLEFISH)))> I agree with WW that you need to get a physical. PTSD has a tendency to cause sugar fluctuations and hormonal disturbances. It is good to have your blood checked for HYpoglycemia or fluctuations if you are having brain fog or dizzyness. When I have had episodes I will try a hypoglycemic diet to help to get the system back in order. There are many diets and meal planning on th American Diabetes Association site under meal planning. An exercise program may help as well to get out into some fresh air for a walk 2 times a day for at least 30 minutes a day. Taking a multivitamin daily helps as well for some people with PTSD. I hope you feel better soon (((LITTLEFISH)))/. Soidhonia
