No, there doesn't seem to be anything specific that triggers my depression. I have always had family problems and work problems that make depression worse but a lot of it is negative thinking. I often think of myself as a failure and just feel like life isn't going to get better. I then start thinking of how lonely I am and of all the loses I've had. So its alot of different things that contribute to my negative thoughts.
