Do you mean the thing at the upper right that says, "Welcome, [username]. You last visited: Today at 01:47 AM"? That shows up for everyone. The one you see shows your information, the ones other members see show theirs.
If that information appears anywhere else on your profile page (or mine), I haven't found it.
