Hello Sun123: I see this is your first post here on PC so... welcome to PsychCentral... from the Skeezyks! I hope you will find the time you spend here to be beneficial.
You know... anxiousness is kind-of a vicious circle. One becomes anxious about something... & then... over time one can become anxious about being anxious. It just keeps going around-&-around. And as it goes around, it keeps building. Are there things going on with regard to school that have caused you to become anxious to begin with? Have you had the opportunity to talk about these things with your therapist & / or your parents?
From my perspective it sounds like the most important thing here may be to figure out what it is that is making you anxious to begin with & to try to make some changes to remedy the situation. Beyond that there may be other little things you can do such as avoid caffeinated beverages, get enough (more?) physical exercise, stay off of the computer or the smart phone for a couple of hours prior to going to bed... You can undoubtedly find lists of these kinds of suggestions at various sites on the internet.
But, mainly, I think what is most important is to, in some way, figure out what it is that is stressing you out & make some changes. And also, keep posting, here on PC. Perhaps if you can write some more about what's going on with you, other PC members may have more & better suggestions than I can offer. My best wishes to you...
