Only 3 that really count. I worked with each of them for several years at various times in my life. I test drove some others that I only saw a few times before deciding they weren't for me; I don't really count them -- couldn't even tell you their name or what they looked like at this point because I saw them so briefly.

Of the 3 I worked with, I saw the first two each for about 3 years-ish. My most recent I saw regularly for about 8 years and sporadically for a couple more before being finished. None of the professed to use any particular therapy approach -- I'd say they were all rather eclectic. The most recent leaned toward behavioral approaches, but was still essentially eclectic.

All three were fantastic therapists, perfectly suited for what I needed at the time but very different in way too. I found I needed different things at different times in my life and am glad I had the opportunity to move on to new therapists as I got older who shed a fresh light on what I needed to work on.
