No big deal, just common courtesy.
I see your point. However, as long as your profile is public, and you post personal information on it knowing that, then you implicitly agreed for others to see it without your direct permission. This is how I see it.

You didn't answer my question: it seemed to me that you have an issue with someone with the option "invisible" visiting your profile, what is difference with someone without the invisible option visiting your profile?
